Registration and eligibility
Each event has its own registration route, eligibility and attendance terms. A request to exhibit, sponsor or attend is subject to the organizer’s review and confirmation when stated. Review current event details rather than assuming that an event inquiry guarantees space or admission.
The Launch by SIMA
The published event is November 10–11, 2026, at The Waterfront Beach Resort in Huntington Beach. The booth rates shown are USD prices for the listed spaces and included furniture. Breakfast and lunch are stated as included for registered buyers and exhibitors. Final availability, booking scope, logistics and transaction conditions are confirmed by the event team.
Payments and booking records
Before paying, confirm the booking recipient, event, amount, dates, inclusions and applicable financial terms. Keep your confirmation and invoice. Additional goods, travel, accommodation and services are included only if the offer expressly says so. Registration and exhibitor arrangements can have different conditions.
Attendee changes and cancellation
Contact the organizer with your booking reference if you need a substitution, cancellation or a change in attendance. The terms given for that booking determine whether a change is possible and whether any refund applies. This website does not introduce a single deadline or refund rule for all events.
Organizer changes and third-party events
If an organizer cancels, changes or reschedules an event, follow its communication for options applicable to your booking. Surf Expo and other external events have their own organizers, services and terms. General listings on this site do not replace those conditions.
