Sponsorship inquiries
A sponsorship inquiry starts a discussion and does not reserve an opportunity or create a binding payment commitment. Availability, scope, price and the receiving entity must be confirmed in the accepted sponsorship offer or agreement.
Published opportunities
The Launch’s published November 2026 opportunities include Food & Beverage Sponsor at $2,500 USD, Industry Partner Sponsor at $5,000 USD and Premium Partner at $10,000 USD. The inclusions summarized on the Partnerships page are specific to those event opportunities. Confirm the final deliverables, dates and any conditions directly with the event team.
Deliverables and brand materials
An accepted agreement should identify the recognition, space or other services supplied, materials the sponsor must provide, any deadlines and the relevant permissions for brand use. This website does not grant an open-ended license to a sponsor’s brand or guarantee a particular business outcome.
Payment and changes
Confirm the invoice amount, currency, payment schedule, recipient and cancellation or refund terms before paying. Changes to agreed deliverables or an event’s dates must be addressed with the event team. Services already supplied and the accepted agreement may affect cancellation and refund requests.
Separate payment purposes
Sponsorship purchases, annual membership dues and voluntary contributions have different purposes and terms. Sponsorship is not automatically a charitable contribution. Consult your tax adviser about the treatment of your transaction and retain the recipient’s documentation.
